- International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address.
- Shipping Carriers: We use reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure timely and secure delivery.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders:

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- International Orders:
- International shipping times vary depending on the destination (typically 7-10 business days).
- Delays may occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Domestic Orders: Sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
- International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
- Kikicarenie is not responsible for any customs delays or fees.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address for all orders.
- Kikicarenie reserves the right to refuse shipments to certain locations due to logistical or regulatory reasons.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@kikicarenie.com.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, issue a refund or replacement for the lost/damaged product.
8. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address at checkout. Kikicarenie is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
- Any costs associated with reshipping an order due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
