2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders:

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • International Orders:
    • International shipping times vary depending on the destination (typically 7-10 business days).

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Domestic Orders: Sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
  • Kikicarenie is not responsible for any customs delays or fees.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address for all orders.
  • Kikicarenie reserves the right to refuse shipments to certain locations due to logistical or regulatory reasons.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@kikicarenie.com.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, issue a refund or replacement for the lost/damaged product.

8. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address at checkout. Kikicarenie is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • Any costs associated with reshipping an order due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
